Digital products — general rule
ELEVATE Biohacking is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Pursuant to OUG no. 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the buyer's explicit consent.
When you can request a refund
Although we are not legally obligated, we grant refunds in the following situations:
- Platform access was not activated within 48 hours of payment
- Demonstrable technical error that prevented course access
- Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same product)
Situations where refunds are not granted
- The course has been accessed (at least one module viewed)
- The reason is a change in personal preferences
- The request comes more than 14 days after purchase
How to request a refund

Include your full name, purchase email, and reason for the request

You will receive a response within a maximum of 3 business days

If the refund is approved, the amount will return to your original card in 5–10 banking days
