1. Service provider

FIBROWS CARLA SRL, VAT ID RO35732335, provides the ELEVATE Biohacking online course accessible at biohacking.elevatepmu.com.

2. Product description

ELEVATE Biohacking is an advanced online education course in biohacking and health, structured across 4 levels and 21 modules. The course is delivered exclusively in digital format through the GoHighLevel platform.

The course does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is advanced education delivered by a practitioner with extensive experience in the beauty industry.

3. Prices and packages

• Early Bird: €297 — limited availability (first 50 spots, 72h)
• Standard: €397 — weeks 2–4 from launch
• Full Access: €497 — permanent price

All prices are in EUR and include VAT (19% rate), in accordance with Romanian legislation.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. FIBROWS CARLA SRL does not store card data. Upon payment completion you will receive immediate platform access and an email confirmation.

5. Course access

• Access is personal and non-transferable
• Your account cannot be shared with other people
• Access is for 6 months from payment confirmation
• FIBROWS CARLA SRL reserves the right to suspend access in case of abusive use

6. Right of withdrawal

If access has not been activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase at biohacking@elevatepmu.com.

7. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, text, PDFs, materials) is the exclusive property of FIBROWS CARLA SRL. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The course is provided exclusively for educational purposes. FIBROWS CARLA SRL is not responsible for decisions made based on course information. Participants are responsible for their own health and lifestyle choices.

9. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.

11. Modification of Terms

FIBROWS CARLA SRL reserves the right to modify this document. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the notified date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
